There has been a sudden surge of interest in it recently! Indeed, the BBC have now commissioned a dramatised version of it, which should be broadcast on BBC Radio 4 next year. It was originally published in the Financial Times (the first short story they ever published, I believe). Since then, it has popped up, to my surprise and amusement, on various websites (mostly websites promoting international recognition for Somaliland, where the story is set!)
